About the Role iCapital is seeking a Product Specialist to join the Solutions team. This role is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with asset managers and financial institutions while supporting both alternative investment education, portfolio construction and identity-based compliance solutions on the iCapital platform. The Product Specialist serves as a trusted client partner throughout the relationship lifecycle, guiding onboarding, driving platform adoption, and maintaining ongoing engagement across education and compliance capabilities.
