About the Team The Live Order Experience team makes sure every order that leaves a merchant's kitchen shows up exactly the way the customer ordered it. We partner closely with merchants to get to the root cause of order quality issues and build the tools, policies, and merchant-facing programs that fix them - work that touches millions of orders a week and shapes whether customers trust ordering again. About the Role We're hiring a Senior Associate to help lead analysis and execution on programs that reduce missing and incorrect orders. You'll dig into order-level data to size problems and spot patterns, help design and run tests of new merchant interventions, and turn what you learn into solutions.…
