About the Team DoorDash’s centralized, global TPM organization helps Engineering deliver the company’s most complex and consequential technical, product, and business transformations. The team spans DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo and partners across a global Engineering organization of approximately 4,000 engineers. We have intentionally built a lean, high-leverage TPM organization with a high bar for technical depth, business judgment, and independent domain ownership. Our leaders stay close to the business and technical work, lead through strong senior IC TPMs, and shape the operating mechanisms that allow complex organizations to execute at speed.
