Are you looking for a fulfilling HR career in Elyria, OH? Under general direction of the HR Business Partner, you will create and implement policies, programs, services, and initiatives for attracting, retaining, developing, motivating, evaluating, and exciting talent for the Elyria manufacturing facility. Major areas of focus include the following: turnover reduction, employee engagement, safety and policy enforcement, benefits, FMLA and employee relations. You will work in a partnership with internal customers to provide advice and support for business strategies, processes, communications, policies, procedures, and services for a wide variety of human resources activities.
