Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is searching for a talented Sous Chef to join its culinary leadership team! This position will work alongside the Chef de Cuisine and oversee a team of eight culinary professionals. This position will primarily support La Luce, our signature Italian restaurant. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, hands-on culinary leader with at least two years of culinary leadership experience, strong mentoring skills, and the flexibility to support other outlets as needed. Experience in Italian cuisine, fine dining, or upscale culinary operations is preferred. As a Sous Chef, you’re not just leading daily kitchen operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
