About this job
Gopuff’s Facilities Coordinator is responsible for maintaining all the Facilities team’s systems and records. This includes updating the CMMS (Fexa), extracting pertinent information from the Lease Agreements and adding to the department database. They will ensure the team has all the information needed to handle repair and maintenance needs as quickly as possible. They will assist the Facilities Managers on special projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, highly organized and has the ability to multitask. Gopuff's Facilities Cooridnator is responsible for managing repair and maintenance requests from existing warehouse field teams through the entire work order life cycle; from troubleshooting with the GMs to ensure contractors receive payment.…
