About the role We’re hiring a Lead Technical Sourcer to help hire exceptional engineers at Chime. In this role, you’ll partner closely with recruiters and engineering leaders to develop thoughtful sourcing strategies and engage hard-to-find talent at every level, from individual contributors to senior leadership. You’ll maintain a high bar for the candidate experience while mentoring other sourcers and strengthening how we identify and engage technical talent across Chime. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $130,000 and up to $180,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.…
