The Global Onboarding Lead will play a critical role in building and running the global onboarding experience that sets every new Klaviyo up to drive impact from day one. This role is a great opportunity for someone who loves building, operating, and iterating—someone who can translate organizational needs and stakeholder input into a seamless, high-impact onboarding experience at global scale. This role sits on the Talent & Learning team and reports to the Senior Manager of Learning & Development. The Onboarding Lead will have a direct impact on how new hires experience Klaviyo from the moment they accept an offer, while also shaping how our most senior leaders onboard and integrate into the company.…
