Reddit is seeking an experienced, highly analytical International Payroll Lead to own and scale our global payroll operations across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC regions. As a key individual contributor with deep cross-functional influence, you will combine data-driven execution, meticulous attention to detail, and international tax compliance to support a rapidly growing workforce. Reporting to the Sr. Global Payroll Manager, this role will help to drive major strategic initiatives—including Workday enhancements and global payroll vendor implementations—to build scalable, best-in-class operational processes.
