The role We are looking for a Principal Designer to join the Cash App Banking team. Banking is where Cash App becomes the place people actually keep their money. We design the core of that relationship: the Cash App Card, direct deposit, savings, Borrow, Cash App Green, Teens and Family accounts, physical Cash Tags, and bitcoin. These are the products customers touch every day and trust with the most consequential parts of their financial lives. This is a hands-on principal role for a designer who sets the bar rather than describes it. You will own ambiguous, highest-stakes work: taking zero-to-one product ideas from a rough thesis to a shipped experience, and raising the craft standard on everything already in market.…
