As Chief of Staff to the CHRO, you'll serve as a force multiplier for the People organization's most senior leader, ensuring priorities are advanced, time is focused on the highest-impact areas, and voice is amplified internally and externally. You'll own the operating rhythm for the People leadership team and lead critical initiatives from conception through execution, proactively resolving problems before they reach the CHRO. What you'll do: Own the CHRO's operating cadence by managing weekly and quarterly leadership meetings, setting clear agendas, driving decisions, and ensuring follow-ups are completed. Lead critical cross-functional initiatives and engagements on behalf of the CHRO, acting as her stand-in when needed in key meetings and decisions.…
