The HRIS Program Lead serves as the primary technology partner to the HR organization, translating HR business needs into scalable system solutions. This role owns key components of the HR technology ecosystem, drives implementations and enhancements, and bridges HR operations with technology execution. The position requires both functional HR expertise and hands-on HR technology experience, particularly with SAP SuccessFactors and Workforce Software. Key Responsibilities: HR Technology Leadership Own and support the HRIS technology portfolio. Lead system implementations, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives. Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to deliver solutions. Translate business requirements into system configurations and process improvements.…
