We are looking for a Senior Leave of Absence Associate to own and elevate our global leave programs, ensuring employees receive a seamless and empathetic experience during some of their most important life moments. In this role, you will be the SME for leave administration and accommodations while partnering closely with People Partners, Payroll, and Benefits. You will bring operational rigor to our leave processes by improving workflows, leveraging technology and automation, strengthening reporting and analytics, and building scalable programs that can support Verkada’s continued global growth.…
