About the Role The Why: Verkada’s product suite is expanding rapidly. We need a Lead Designer to own the "source of truth" for our digital language. You will bridge the gap between our UX designers and our frontend engineering teams, ensuring that our hardware-software interface remains cohesive, accessible, and polished. What You'll Do Architecture: Define and maintain the core Figma component library, tokens, and documentation. Scale: Create scalable systems that work across responsive web, mobile, and specialized hardware interfaces/touch devices. Governance: Establish the process for how new components are proposed, vetted, and integrated by the broader UX team. Advocacy: Act as a bridge between Design and Engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and technical feasibility.…
