About this job
In this role, you will report to our Safety Management System Lead. You will: SMS Policy Maintenance: Support the SMS Lead in the development, periodic review, revision, and version control and implementation support for enterprise-level safety policies and governance documentation. Safety Promotion: Develop and maintain policies and documentation related to promotion initiatives, including existing safety concern practices, and supplement them with closed-loop processes for maintaining a positive safety posture. Competence and Training: Develop frameworks for competence management and partner with Learning & Development teams to ensure safety policies are effectively integrated into onboarding and continuous training programs.…
