About the Role Applied AI (AAI) is responsible for helping Anthropic's customers go from first contact with Claude to durable, expanding usage — and this team is the strategic and analytical backbone behind that motion. As the Strategy & Operations Business Partner for AAI AMER, you'll work side-by-side with regional field engineering leadership as a deep expert in the business: the metrics, the segments, the deals, and the trends that matter most to driving growth. This is a high-autonomy, high-trust role. You'll partner directly with senior commercial leaders, build frameworks and operating rhythms, and translate ambiguous strategic questions into clear, actionable recommendations — then help carry those recommendations through to execution.…
