Head of Compute Supply Chain [San Francisco / remote-friendly US] About the role Anthropic's compute depends on supply chains that can't keep up with demand. Foundry capacity, memory, processors and networking are allocated to the customers suppliers consider strategic, and so are the transformers, chillers and turbines that power and cool our data centers. We are hiring a Head of Compute Supply Chain to own how Anthropic secures that supply. You will oversee sourcing across semiconductors and IT hardware, data center equipment, and energy equipment. You will hold our executive supplier relationships, and identify gaps before they bite us. A very small team brought this function from zero to hyperscale in a matter of months.…
