About the role Anthropic's mission depends on our people being able to do their work wherever that work needs to happen. Global Mobility is what makes that possible. This role is the operational heart of that work. You will be responsible for business travel compliance at Anthropic — business visas, posted worker and social security obligations, and documentation that get our people across borders — together with the entity transfers that move employees between our legal entities as the company grows. You will also support the rest of our mobility programs: relocations, international assignments, and short-term placements, along with the project work that comes with them as they grow.
