Position Summary We are seeking a Project Lead to support the execution of avionics engineering programs involving either Software (SW) or FPGA development. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who has demonstrated leadership capabilities and is looking to transition into a formal management role. This position will focus on team coordination, project execution, status reporting, customer interaction, and overall project visibility.
