The PLT Plant IV Tire Room Floor Supervisor will: Supervise Passenger Tire Builders, Truckers, Setup Technicians, Precure Prep, TRU, and Check Tire Clerks insuring a high level of quality, efficiency, and safety is achieved. Responsible for scheduling builder machine alignment. Recording builder attendance and builder related defects. Monitor quality, safety, productivity and housekeeping. Responsible for coordinating schedule changes. Conduct safety talks at the beginning of each shift. Enforce plant policies, and if necessary, conduct disciplinary actions as directed by policy. Perform necessary paperwork and reporting, and ensure accuracy and neatness. Schedule and coordinate build-outs. Schedule and coordinate start-ups. Ensure all departmental bulletin boards are kept current.…
