We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Assembly Team Lead to support and coordinate daily operations of our Assembly Line during the first shift. Reporting to the Area Supervisor, you will lead a team of associates, ensure adherence to quality standards, and maintain efficiency across processes. Your expertise will play a key role in training new team members and maintaining operational excellence through lean manufacturing principles. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Area Supervisor to manage and prioritize daily assembly line activities. Be proficient in all departmental processes; act as a trainer and mentor for new hires and cross-training initiatives. Implement and promote BPS (Business Process Standards) principles for continuous improvement and process optimization.…
