As a Sr. HR Intern within the HR Service Department, you will have the opportunity to live our HR Service Vision: We Care, We Understand, We Resolve. HR Service is the main point of contact for our associates across the US and Canada. We are available to help our customers navigate the sometimes complex world of HR topics like Compensation, Benefits, Training & Development, HR Technical Systems, and Payroll. We work in partnership with our Bosch HR Business Partners and HR Process Owners to help support in the deployment of HR initiatives. We educate our managers and associates on HR processes and HR technical tools, and help to trouble shoot when things get tricky. Every day we communicate with our customers, and do real-time problem solving.…
