The Shift Coordinator is responsible for all associates in a specific production area, during the specified shift. This person must ensure workstation coverage for absenteeism and move workforce to applicable positions based on production needs and the qualification matrix. Must have great interpersonal skills and a desire to lead others. Responsible for gaining and maintaining general knowledge of machines throughout the Value Stream - troubleshooting, making adjustments, set up parameters, etc. You are responsible for completing the required training measures as they are needed. You are responsible for maintaining the appropriate BPS Standards and 6S Standards.…
