Job Summary: Support bioassay testing and equipment maintenance while ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and team development. Key Responsibilities: Lab Operations: Perform bioassays, cell passages, media/buffer prep, equipment calibrations, and sanitization. Maintain lab cleanliness and organization. Documentation & Compliance: Enter and verify data, review qualification protocols and logbook entries, and perform second-person verification. Support deviation investigations and change controls. Technical Support: Troubleshoot instrument-related issues and act as a technical resource for equipment. Interact with customers, vendors, and support groups to resolve qualification and operational issues.…
