This is a builder’s role at a pivotal moment, requiring a leader who can define a bold vision for how MongoDB shows up in an AI-native and agentic future, lead a global team to bring that vision to life, and drive measurable pipeline, revenue, and brand impact. Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Marketing, this leader will operate with significant autonomy, influence across functions, and engage regularly with executive stakeholders.
