HelloFresh's Performance Innovation studio is scaling a cross-channel video engine built on a single core principle: one production, many platform-native cuts. Post-production is where that model wins or stalls. This role is what makes it win. We're looking for a Video Editor who is AI-native by instinct, not just by familiarity: someone who reaches for GenAI tools (AI-assisted editing, voiceover, video generation) as naturally as a timeline. You will own end-to-end post-production for the paid social pipeline, drive the AI-integration layer across post, and operationalize the studio’s global footage library so markets can localize independently.
