The Labor Planning team plays a central role in maintaining capacity for Operations and delivering for our customers in a high-growth environment. Our team is responsible for generating the hiring plans for all U.S. distribution centers. We are looking for leaders with strong analytical and technical skills who can partner effectively with leaders across functions to drive planning accuracy. Hybrid Day Shift: Tuesday - Saturday Job Responsibilities Work alongside other members of the Planning team to validate labor plans and improve overall accuracy Support all labor management functions by driving enhancements in headcount planning, attrition curves, scheduling, and cohort balancing based on data.…
