As the Dispatcher you are directly responsible for overseeing and assisting in the daily delivery of our freight hauling. You will manage, mentor, and develop a team of drivers who ultimately ensure that our facilities receive quality and on-time shipments. You will… Overseeing all our drivers from load-out beginning the start of the shift Planning routes with our system Respond to calls from drivers on their routes who need support Communicate with various members of the distribution center team members, facilitating pickups and deliveries Staff the routes and assign routes to drivers daily Manage driver gas cards, driver tools, etc Schedule maintenance services, roadside service calls, etc…
