This role provides technical and personnel leadership for maintenance craftsmen and contractors, oversees preventive and corrective maintenance programs, manages storeroom and spare parts inventory, and coordinates plant turnarounds and shutdowns. The position serves as the primary link between Operations, Engineering, Reliability, Safety, and Maintenance to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of plant assets.…
