Northwestern Medicine has an exciting opportunity for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work with our Internal Medicine team. This role is 100% ambulatory and will be supporting the Internal Medicine team with seeing patients for hospital follow-up visits, pre-operative history assessments and, same-day appointments. 7-15 patients per day. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00/8:30 AM-4:00/5:00 PM Essential Functions: Demonstrates clinical expertise and expanded knowledge through patient care activities which may include diagnosis and management of a wide range of health problems. Responsible for health outcome of an assigned patient population. Confers with collaborating physician and other health professionals in area of clinical expertise.…
