Northwestern Medicine is hiring a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our inpatient hospitalist team. This is a group of 7-9 CNMs who work at Prentice Women’s Hospital on labor and delivery, postpartum, and triage. Northwestern Medicine Prentice Women’s Hospital operates as a Level III (Tier Three) perinatal and neonatal intensive care facility and is the largest birthing center in Illinois. The expectation is that the CNM will have knowledge of and be able to respond to high-risk and high-acuity situations. This team of CNMs will primarily support the general function on labor and delivery, including support of first and second stages of labor, induction, and obstetrical emergencies.…
