Candidates must have at least two years of current nursing experience in PACU, ICU, or ER in order to be considered. This is a 1.0 FTE position, 40 hours per week (4 10-hour shifts with staggered start times). The Pre/Post-Op Clinical Nurse reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. Responsibilities: Advocate: Practices in accordance with the patient centered care model. Develops an individualized age-specific culturally sensitive nursing plan of care for the patient that is based on the nursing process.
