The Facilities Maintenance Mechanic performs a wide variety of facilities maintenance, operates, and repairs facilities equipment, and provides support for all production areas and support groups. Assignments may be in ventilation, air conditioning, specialty gases, hazmat support, electrical/electronics, with new and existing projects. Responsibilities Performs routine tasks in support of plant maintenance in areas assigned. Works with other mechanics to obtain desired results. Performs routine preventative maintenance tasks with detailed instructions under close supervision. Change filters, bearings on HVAC equipment. Replace large motors and pumps as needed. Obtain and record systems readings and equipment operating conditions.…
