Congress Planning, Execution, and Management: Own a portfolio of high value oncology congresses; thereby, leading the end-to-end (from initial brief through post-show analysis) congresses within the healthcare/life science vertical. Collaborate with the Assets/Brands/Functional Teams to develop congress strategy, identify, and clarify congress goals and objectives; thus, ensuring pre, peri, and post congress promotion, booth design, and onsite initiatives to support business goals and maximize return on engagement/return on investment. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for High Value Oncology Congresses. Conduct post-congress analysis and optimization: Close out all congresses with post-congress surveys, data analysis, and stakeholder reporting.…
