The Event Marketing Coordinator will support the events team with a variety of activities with a primary focus on managing event timelines, task requests in our project management system, file and drive organization, budget tracking, reporting and continuous process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ● Manage global conference calendars and updates and support the Event Leads on all logistics and support communications. ● Manage Event share drive to ensure all event information is organized and easily accessible to all stakeholders. ● Assist with materials orders and shipping for all level conferences. ● Track Event Campaigns in Wrike (project management tool) to ensure all projects are on track and stakeholder teams are aligned.…
