About the Role As our Performance Creative Program expands, we're looking for an experienced Associate Creative Director to guide a team of designers, copywriters, and video editors in producing original creative based on insights, learnings, and strategic briefs. You'll operate as a player-coach — designing best-in-class creative yourself while mentoring and guiding the team. You’ll work closely with the Growth Producer, Creative Strategists, and Channel Managers to produce DR-minded content at scale across performance channels, and to drive performance improvements. You're equally comfortable concepting big ideas from scratch and executing final design, and you know how to translate brand identity into high-performing creative — not just optimize within it.…
