As a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing lifecycle marketing tactics and programs to engage our developers throughout their journey to drive platform adoption, retention, and expansion. In this role, you have expertise in product-led growth strategies and tactics, dynamic, personalized messaging involving mediums such as email, in-product, and web for B2B SaaS users. You are obsessed with customer success and advocate for our users as much as you work to accelerate their journey on MongoDB Atlas. You have a solid knowledge of the customer journey, including onboarding, adoption, retention, monetization strategies and tactics, and running experiments both in and out of the product.…
