Responsible for the Management and Operations of Complex Projects/Contracts within the DCSAM Lines of Business Develop and periodically revise a work plan for the maintenance and operations within the projects limits to specifications under the contract. Manage all employees including Asst. Project Managers, Area Managers, technicians, specialty work crews, administrative staff and other staff. Monitor all Project overheads to insure proper utilization of resources and proper expense management by Asst. Project Managers, Area Managers and other responsible staff. Monitor contract to ensure proper expense management and maximization of operating profits are being accomplished.…
