The Senior Manager, Omni & Growth Product owns the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the omni-channel capabilities that connect our stores, digital channels, and inventory into a single experience for our guests. As the Senior Product Owner, you own RFID-enabled inventory accuracy, Endless Aisle, Ship-from-Store, and Buy Online Pick Up in Store as core. You are accountable for making these capabilities fast, reliable, and profitable at fleet scale, and for the store associate experience that surrounds them. This role operates with meaningful autonomy and visibility.
