The Opportunity: Mattel is seeking a motivated Manager, Consumer Products to join our Consumer Products organization based in El Segundo, CA at our corporate headquarters. The Manager, Consumer Products will support the growth of the Softlines business through new initiatives and strategic focus areas. This role is based at Mattel's El Segundo headquarters, with in-office presence required four days per week in accordance with the company's current hybrid work policy. Flexible working hours are expected to support collaboration across regional teams in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
