Manager Custodial Services

About this job

Handle personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, evaluating, counseling, and discharging staff. Establish department guidelines, rules and regulations and training programs. Coordinate scheduling and assign employees in alignment with business needs. Handle customer complaints and concerns. Prepare and distribute assignments. Inspect and approve cleaning of all assigned areas; review status of assignments and follow-up as needed. Check all cleaning aids and equipment to ensure that they are in proper working order and are in compliance with safety standards.
