Responsible for the overall management and performance of the Slot department. Oversee Slot Operations to ensure proper procedures are being followed in accordance with company policy. Supervise, hire, schedule, train, evaluate, coach, counsel, and terminate Slot Department personnel. Resolve customer disputes arising in the Slot Department. Submit Internal Control revisions to streamline Slot Operations. Maintain knowledge of competitive Slot practice. Utilize professional human relationship skills to select, develop and motivate staff. Evaluate and participate in the approval of customer credit. Assists the Director of Slots in preparation of the departmental budget, and performs the duties of the Director of Slots in his/her absence.…
