Manage and provide input regarding the direction of the Human Resources functions of employee relations, employment, training and benefit activities. Conduct and develop leadership level training. Supports the recruitment effort for all team members; works closely with corporate Talent Acquisition to ensure best hiring practices are in place; works with supervisors to screen and interview candidates. Manages the administration of the annual Team Member Opinion Survey and supporting action plan activities for corporate and shared service team members Ensure all departments are supported through development and implementation of new procedures for the effective operation of the Human Resources department.
