Responsibilities With the leadership of the SC Director drive their assigned Operations Brand Program projects to ensure timely decisions that can have a significant impact on Brand sales, assurance of supply and operational performance. May manage millions of dollars in capital/project expense and deliver multi-million dollar cost savings. Strategize with PSM for negotiations and lead in negotiations for new contracts or extensions with TPMs. Lead negotiations with TPM on additional service cost, project proposals, extra charges, etc. Communicate and escalate issues that threaten assurance of supply. Work with AbbVie cross-functional teams and TPMs to identify and develop mitigations plans. Create a viable Brand plan, financial plan, LRP, risk management and Lifecycle strategies.…
