Purpose: The Change Management & Enablement Senior Manager plays a critical role in driving Finance Transformation programs forward as part of enterprise-wide culture and behavior change to enable sustainable adoption of new processes, ways of working, and operating models within AbbVie Finance. This role goes beyond project delivery to focus on embedding change into the organization’s DNA, ensuring that employees not only adopt new tools and processes, but also embrace the mindsets, behaviors, and cultural shifts required to sustain transformation.
