The Practice Manager is responsible for managing operations of one or more practice sites and supervising both clinical and administrative support staff. Responsibilities: Manage the office’s front-line non-exempt staff, requiring interviewing, hiring, training, progressive discipline, dismissals, performance appraisals, and employee relations.
