The Manager Simulation reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. Manager of Simulation will have oversight of NM-LFH Simulation Center and responsibilities to create simulation experiences across the region. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for day-to-day operations of the simulation center at NM Lake Forest Hospital and a standardized simulation program across all hospitals. Oversees the preparation, maintenance, inventory and operation of all simulation equipment/supplies and collaborates with facilitators to design, plan, implement and schedule simulation activities.…
