About the Role We are hiring a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to help shape the next chapter of Rula's psychiatry business. In this highly cross-functional role, you'll partner closely with leaders across Clinical, Operations, Growth, Product, Finance, and Analytics to define long-term strategy, evaluate new business opportunities, and translate high-impact ideas into actionable pilots and scalable initiatives. Some example projects may include: define the path to 5x’ing the business over the next 3 years; research, scope, and pilot new service launches or business lines; deep-dive into patient and payor LTVs to improve the businesses unit economics.…
