TEAM OVERVIEW Talent Acquisition is how Deepgram's gets built. Our ability to move quickly in voice AI depends on bringing in exceptional people at the pace the business needs. You’ll lead a team of recruiters and own the day-to-day execution of recruiting across the company. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers across engineering, research, and go-to-market to set priorities, build strong pipelines, and make sure the team is delivering against the roles that matter most. This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll coach the team, remove blockers, improve how we operate, and step into searches.
