As we expand our footprint and production capacity, this team plays a critical role in turning ambitious plans into operational reality YOUR CHARTER Build and scale the Infrastructure & Indirect Sourcing function that enables 1X's global growth. This role is responsible for developing the sourcing strategy, team, supplier network, and operating model that support facilities, IT infrastructure, factory operations, site expansions, and corporate services. Success in this role directly impacts 1X's ability to rapidly scale operations, control costs, mitigate risk, and support the deployment of humanoid robots at increasing volume.
